Our approach to the assignment will be to first have a detailed assessment of your existing systems, procedures and practices to identify the areas to be addressed, while developing your own Quality Management System, in compliance with the Standards. This will be followed by providing a general awareness & training to all staff on the important aspects of healthcare quality and the Standards, and how it would improve the quality and efficiency of your Hospital’s operations.
